Mountain Area Health Education Center (MAHEC) seeks a Value Based Care Administrator to lead population health initiatives, optimize value-based reimbursement programs, and align multidisciplinary teams around shared quality and performance goals. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Business Administration, Health Informatics, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of healthcare operations, quality improvement, population health, practice administration, or value-based care experience.
• Experience with quality metrics, payer programs, and healthcare performance reporting.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with electronic health records, reporting tools, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and governance of MAHEC's value-based care strategy and operational priorities.
• Monitor performance across payer contracts, including quality, utilization, risk adjustment, patient experience and financial metrics.
• Develop dashboards and reports for leadership and operational teams.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, financial, quality and analytics leaders to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure data integrity and timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
