Mountain Area Health Education Center (MAHEC) seeks a Value Based Care Administrator to lead population health initiatives, optimize value-based reimbursement programs, and align multidisciplinary teams around quality and performance goals. The role interfaces with payer partners and internal leaders to drive improvements in patient care and cost of care.

Responsibilities include operational leadership for value-based care programs, governance, and performance monitoring across payer contracts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum five years of healthcare operations, quality improvement, or population health experience.
• Experience with quality metrics, payer programs, and performance reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational initiatives to improve value-based contract objectives.
• Monitor performance across payer contracts (quality, utilization, cost).
• Coordinate governance activities, workgroups, and performance reviews.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reports for leadership.
• Ensure data integrity and timely reporting to stakeholders.
