Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, health informatics, or analytics in a healthcare setting.
• Experience building and managing data pipelines, ETL processes, and data architecture in production.
• Proficient in SQL and at least one analytics tool (e.g., Python, BI tools).
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership and operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data infrastructure for VBC programs and LEAD ACO.
• Own CMS data feeds and ensure timely, accurate data delivery downstream.
• Manage analytics platform, data quality, access, and refresh schedules.
• Develop standard and ad hoc reports for leadership and operations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, and external partners on data governance.
