Job summary

HealthARCH is seeking a Provider Performance & Coding Consultant to guide medical practices toward higher performance, accurate coding, and compliant workflows. This hands-on, client-facing role leads projects, educates providers, and supports healthcare transformation across diverse client sites.

You will optimize EHR integrations, monitor regulatory changes (MIPS, quality programs), and present actionable insights to clients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Medical coding certification (CPC/CCS) preferred
• HEDIS knowledge and Medicare Advantage familiarity
• Experience with EHR systems and chart auditing
• Understanding of healthcare revenue cycles and quality improvement methods

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from kickoff to completion with client teams
• Educate providers on documentation, coding, and billing best practices
• Coordinate EHR adoption, configuration, and optimization
• Stay current with healthcare regulations, trends, and payer programs
• Create and maintain performance dashboards and reports
• Support client acquisition and revenue-generating activities
