Job summary

Arnot Health is seeking a Project Manager, Value Analysis (CIVA) to lead system-wide value initiatives within Supply Chain. You will evaluate products, analyze utilization and costs, and drive evidence-based decisions alongside clinical leadership and the CMO for Value Analysis.

The role collaborates with Supply Chain Leaders to standardize supplies, quantify savings, and ensure adoption across the system, reporting to Sr Director, Supply Chain Strategic Sourcing and Contracting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare related field is required.
• PM certification within 2 years of hire is required.
• 5+ years of clinical setting with PM and performance/process improvement responsibilities.
• Experience with healthcare data, PM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Preferred: CVAHP or CMRP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead product review, evaluation, selection, and implementation processes.
• Conduct utilization analysis, evidence-based review, and cost-benefit assessments.
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies to supply chain and hospital operations.
• Develop and implement strategies for standardization of supplies, equipment, and services.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify cost savings, quantify value, and mitigate risks.
• Support hospital operations by integrating quality, service, and efficiency improvements.
• Facilitate product evaluations and value analysis committees.
• Provide data-driven insights for decision-making using healthcare data.
