Jefferson Health is seeking a Value Analysis professional to drive the implementation and review of new product requests through VACs, liaising with physicians, clinical groups, supply chain, and network leadership. The role focuses on standardization, education, and data-driven decision making for network-wide product integration.

Responsibilities include facilitating VACs, preparing evidence-based analyses, and collaborating with finance to monitor costs and savings.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or Healthcare.
• 5 years experience in a clinical setting or in a supply chain services role with specific product and procedural knowledge.
• Moderate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitates service line VACs and coordinating activities as appropriate.
• Actively participates in clinical councils and coordinates VA process with supply chain teams.
• Serves as facilitator and clinical resource for the new product introduction process including supplies, services, technology, medical devices, and capital equipment.
• Utilizes value analysis principles to evaluate new product requests and coordinate educational activities.
• Prepares value analysis reports and collaborates with supply chain to monitor financials for standardization and product introduction.
