Job summary

Premier, Inc. seeks a Manager of Value Analysis to lead a system-wide, physician-led VA process. You will assess product function, cost, quality, and outcomes to identify opportunities while maintaining or improving care outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional teams, educate stakeholders, review spend landscapes, coordinate trials, and develop project plans. Travel 21–40% within the US is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applicable experience in value analysis or related healthcare roles.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• CVAHP certification is preferred or to be attained within 2 years of hire.
• Experience in analyzing healthcare processes to improve patient outcomes.
• Experience analyzing data and creating presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Identify stakeholders and build engagement with C-suite and cross-functional teams.
• Educate and orient Value Analysis teams on processes and roles.
• Facilitate consensus among clinical stakeholders and resolve barriers.
• Review clinical spend landscapes and identify opportunities for cost/quality optimization.
• Coordinate trials and evaluations for new products or changes.
• Develop meeting agendas, data presentations, and project plans.
• Communicate Value Analysis activities and results across the enterprise.
