Job summary

Premier, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Value Analysis to lead enterprise-wide value analytics, improve patient outcomes, and optimize product utilization. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, aligning with c-suite priorities, and driving process improvements across clinical spend and procurement.

You will mentor analysts and managers, partner with Premier colleagues, and present findings across the organization. Remote travel will be required to support national initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in healthcare value analysis or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify stakeholders and maintain engagement.
Interface with C-suite and lead multidisciplinary Value Analysis teams.
Educate and orient team members on processes and their roles.
Collaborate with Value Analysis Chairs and team members to drive outcomes.
Review spend landscapes and product changes to identify opportunities.
Develop meeting agendas and data presentations for enterprise communication.
