Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a System Manager, SSRM Value Analysis to drive cost reduction and standardization across categories. You will provide clinical guidance in contracting, evaluate new technologies, and lead product analyses to optimize value and outcomes.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to align clinical practice with cost-saving initiatives, while maintaining patient care quality and resource efficiency across 24 states and 2,300+ sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or another clinical discipline is required at hire.
• Experience with supply chain software and Microsoft Office or Google applications.
• Demonstrated project management experience and ability to prioritize competing projects.
• Minimum of five years' experience in clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical direction on contracting requirements and cost reduction initiatives.
• Lead value analysis efforts for products and technologies within the assigned category.
• Collaborate with national service lines, clinical groups, and operations to standardize practices.
• Evaluate new technologies and lead product evaluations to support cost savings.
• Partner with manufacturers to understand utilization, cost reduction and opportunities.
• Deliver high levels of customer service while optimizing costs across the organization.
