Job summary

GHX Value Analysis is seeking a Service Line Advisor to leverage cardiovascular, interventional radiology, and general surgery device expertise with evidence-based sourcing to reduce unwarranted variation and costs while improving patient outcomes.

You will analyze clinical and financial data, stay current on device trends, and deliver actionable recommendations that align with strategic sourcing processes for health system leadership.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in business or healthcare administration or related field.
• 4+ years' experience in healthcare with cardiovascular, interventional radiology, or general surgery device focus.
• Experience analyzing clinical and financial data to derive actionable insights.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and manage multiple projects with diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert in health system device sourcing strategy for cardiovascular, IR and general surgery devices.
• Analyze and interpret clinical and financial data to inform value-based spend decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of device trends and GHX research to advise stakeholders.
• Tailor and present sourcing and utilization strategies to senior leaders to reduce costs and improve outcomes.
• Manage multiple client engagements focused on reducing cost and unwarranted variation in device use.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define scope of work and deliverables.
