GHX is seeking a Service Line Advisor to join the Value Analysis Advisory Services Team. You will apply your clinical and sourcing expertise to advise health system leadership on cardiovascular, interventional radiology, and general surgery device spend and utilization trends.

You will lead data-driven strategies to reduce unwarranted variation and improve patient outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze clinical and financial data, and present actionable

Qualificações

• Advanced degree in business or healthcare administration, supply chain, or a clinical-related field (or equivalent work- or education-related experience)
• 4+ years' experience at a healthcare provider, medical device manufacturer, or healthcare consultancy with deep focus in cardiovascular, interventional radiology, and/or general surgery devices

Responsabilidades

• Be the go-to expert in health system Cardiovascular, Interventional Radiology, and General Surgery device sourcing strategy; apply industry expertise to market trends, product selection, utilization, vendor landscape, and reimbursement
• Analyze and interpret clinical and financial data to inform value-based device spend decisions
• Understand client current-state strategic sourcing processes and recommend best practices
• Tailor and present actionable sourcing and utilization strategies for health system leadership to reduce costs and improve outcomes
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements focused on reducing cost and unwarranted variation in device use
• Engage with supply chain and clinician clients in informed discussions about scope of work and content deliveries
