Job summary

Menasha Corporation's ORBIS division is hiring a Value Added Assistant to build and fabricate components into high‑quality finished products. You will set up machines and manage rotations to meet customer expectations per work instructions and drawings.

You will participate in safety programs, train teammates, and help maintain fabrication equipment, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement. A team‑oriented, detail‑driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean, trim, assemble and fabricate product using hand and power tools.
• Train other employees and assist other departments as needed.
• Maintain fabrication machinery.
• Perform customer added processes, such as labeling on finished parts.
• Read and understand product documents such as guidelines, quality alerts and safety alerts.
• Assist with off-line projects and work with fabrication machinery.
• Maintain safe and efficient work using required PPE and STW documentation.
• Be involved in Continuous Improvement; promote CI, 5S and STW activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
