Job summary

ORBIS is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team within Menasha Corporation. You will prepare products for shipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, following product guidelines and customer requirements.

You will read and interpret product documentation, use hand tools, maintain a smooth production flow, and ensure high quality and customer satisfaction. Training support and CI participation are expected to grow with the role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and efficiently while using all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Prepare products for shipment according to established guidelines and customer specifications
• Read and interpret product documentation, including quality alerts, safety alerts, and standard work instructions
• Clean, trim, and assemble components using hand tools to meet fit, form, and function requirements
• Maintain continuous production flow to prevent backlog at workstations
• Inspect finished products to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction
• Support training of new employees and assist other departments as needed
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including CI, 5S, and standard work practices
• Perform other duties as assigned
