Job summary

Amgen seeks a Value & Access Insights Senior Manager to partner with Global and US teams to deliver analytics, dashboards, and tools for launch readiness of OaR products. You will diagnose payer obstacles, build integrated insights, and support pricing and contracting strategies for US markets.

You will collaborate across Payer Marketing, Pricing/Contracting, and Brand teams to align analytics with value proposition and access goals, navigating a complex US healthcare landscape.

Qualifications

• Requires advanced degree with industry relevance and 5+ years healthcare experience in biopharma or consulting.
• Strong ability to perform complex analytics and build actionable insights for payer and access strategies.
• Experience with launches and understanding of PBM and formulary structures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain payer control analyses and weekly NBRx/TRx tracking.
• Develop pricing, coverage, and affordability data to inform reimbursement strategies.
• Create modules for obesity market data within contracting platforms.
• Triangulate data sources (Clarivate, MMIT, partner data) for employer segmentation.
