Brookfield Renewable is recruiting a Manager, Valuations for its New York office. You will join a global team, reporting to the Vice President, Finance, and focus on portfolio and project valuations, corporate model maintenance, and business planning support.

You will collaborate with finance and other teams to source inputs, perform valuation analyses, and prepare materials for senior management and investors as part of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, Big 4 valuations, corporate finance, or transaction advisory, ideally within renewable energy, infrastructure, or power.
• Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and financial statement fundamentals, with familiarity with the solar market.

Responsabilités

• Own and enhance the consolidated corporate model, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet forecasts.
• Lead periodic valuations using DCF and other methodologies; document assumptions and drivers.
• Design scenario analyses and assess impact on performance and valuation.
• Collaborate with asset management, operations, development, accounting, tax, and other internal teams.
