Job summary

Brookfield Renewable is recruiting a Manager, Valuations in its New York office. You will oversee portfolio and project valuations, maintain the corporate model and support planning initiatives, collaborating across finance and other teams.

The role requires 5+ years in valuations or related fields, strong Excel skills, and the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable insights for senior management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in investment banking, Big 4 valuations, corporate finance, or transaction advisory.
• Familiarity with solar market and valuation methods.
• Strong analytical skills in budgeting and valuation analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with large data sets is a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate analyses into insights.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the consolidated corporate model with P&L, cash flow and balance sheet forecasts.
• Lead valuations of portfolios and projects using DCF and other methods; define drivers.
• Design scenarios, sensitivities and assess impact on performance.
• Collaborate with asset management, operations, development, accounting, tax, and FP&A teams.
• Support acquisitions, financings, and strategic planning through valuation analyses.
• Prepare materials for senior management and portfolio reporting; assist long-term planning and capex reviews.
