Job summary

Colliers International in Mississippi is seeking a Valuation Specialist with CRE experience to produce thorough reports and build client relationships. You will execute valuation and appraisal assignments, review market data, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality client service.

Five years of related work experience and an active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license (or pursuing) are required. A Bachelor's degree and advanced appraisal coursework are preferred.

• Review industry surveys and benchmarks, as well as economic and demographic trends.
• Assist with preparing and presenting the results of our analysis clearly and concisely.
