Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Valuation Services Director to lead top-tier valuation work and client service in a hybrid role based out of a local office. You will manage cross-geography teams, originate and nurture client relationships, and oversee complex appraisal assignments.

We value MAI designation, 10+ years of experience, and strong MS Office proficiency, with expertise in Argus and discounted cash flow analysis.

Qualifications

• MAI designation is required.
• 10+ years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and completion of advanced appraisal class curriculum.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Originate new client relationships and foster existing ones.
• Manage team members across geographies to deliver client service and results.
• Allocation of appraisal assignments.
• Supervision of trainee appraisers.
• Execute valuation and appraisal assignments for corporate clients, REITs, pension funds, lenders, etc.
• Apply expertise in discounted cash flow using Argus and MS Excel.
• Review industry surveys, benchmarks, and trends.
• Assist with presenting results of analysis clearly.
