BPM LLP is seeking a Manager-level professional for its Valuations practice in the Silicon Valley. You will manage valuation engagements for financial reporting, tax, transaction and dispute support, and you will lead efforts with clients and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes market-facing business development, thought leadership, and collaboration with senior leadership to deliver high-quality valuation services for life sciences and technology clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, mathematics, economics or finance; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in business valuation at an accounting/valuation firm
• 5-8 years’ total experience in professional services
• Experience identifying new opportunities for work and cross-selling preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage valuation engagements for financial reporting, tax, transaction and dispute support
• Research, propose and execute strategies to resolve valuation issues
• Stay abreast of developments in business valuation
• Prepare valuation exhibits and reports with quality control
• Develop and maintain client relationships and business development activities
• Collaborate with group leadership and marketing to produce thought leadership content
