Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, mathematics, economics or finance required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in business valuation at a firm.
• 5-8 years’ total experience in professional services; strong business development is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage valuation engagements for financial reporting, tax, transaction and dispute support.
• Research, propose, and execute strategies to resolve valuation and process issues.
• Stay updated on technical, business and economic developments in valuation.
• Generate detailed valuation exhibits and reports with strong QC processes.
• Develop and maintain an active client network and participate in industry groups.
