Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, mathematics, economics or finance from an accredited college/university.
• 4+ years in business valuation at an accounting/valuation firm.
• 5-8 years total experience in professional services.
• Strong business development and cross-selling skills.
• Derivatives and advanced modeling knowledge for life sciences/tech industries preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Crystal Ball experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage valuation engagements for financial reporting, tax, transaction and dispute support.
• Demonstrate good judgment and solve critical valuation/process issues.
• Stay abreast of current technical, business and economic developments in valuation.
• Lead generation and management of detailed valuation exhibits and reports.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership and utilize technology to improve processes.
