• 4–7 years of combined experience across Big 4 valuation or transaction advisory and/or in‑house corporate development, M&A accounting, or FP&A roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead valuation workstreams under ASC 805/820 and oversee third-party valuation reports.
• Own impairment analyses for intangible assets and goodwill.
• Lead valuation of privately held strategic investments and build robust valuation models.
• Coordinate with IT and other stakeholders on AI adoption in finance workflows.
• Prepare SOX‑compliant documentation and audit‑readiness for valuation work.
