Job summary

PwC seeks a Deals - Valuation Intern to support valuation teams on asset and business valuations for mergers and acquisitions, while learning PwC methodologies and applying learning in real client engagements.

You will participate in financial analysis, modeling, and preparation of valuation reports, gaining exposure to market data, industry trends, and strategic client insights within PwC's Advisory practice.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree.
• Internships in client service are entry-level and often before graduation.

Responsibilities

• Support valuation teams in asset and business valuations for mergers and acquisitions.
• Perform financial analysis and modeling to assess value of financial instruments and businesses.
• Assist in preparing valuation reports and client presentations.
• Conduct market research and gather industry trends for valuation purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to provide strategic valuation insights to clients.
• Use Alteryx for data analysis and process automation in valuation projects.
• Observe PwC valuation methodologies and learn best practices.
• Contribute to development of financial models to support valuation conclusions.
• Analyze financial statements to assess company performance and valuation implications.
• Help ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory requirements in valuation activities.
