Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree.
• Internship is entry-level; typically 3rd or 4th year before graduation.

Responsibilities

• Support valuation teams in asset and business valuations for M&A.
• Perform financial analysis and modeling to assess value of instruments and businesses.
• Assist in preparing valuation reports and client presentations.
• Conduct research to gather market data and industry trends for valuations.
• Collaborate with team members to provide strategic valuation insights to clients.
• Use Alteryx for data analysis and process automation in valuation projects.
• Observe PwC methodologies and learn while contributing to projects.
• Contribute to developing financial models to support valuation conclusions.
• Analyze financial statements to assess company performance for valuation purposes.
• Help ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory requirements in valuation activities.
