Job summary

PwC is seeking a Deals - Valuation Intern in Los Angeles to support our Advisory practice with valuation projects, financial analyses, and learning PwC methodologies. You will contribute to client engagements and gain exposure to the valuation process.

This internship focuses on asset and business valuations for mergers and acquisitions, market data research, and preparation of valuation reports. You will work with teams to deliver insights and develop professional skills for future

Qualifications

Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Interest in accounting, economics, finance, or data analytics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to learn PwC methodologies and work on valuation projects.

Responsibilities

Assist valuation teams in asset and business valuations for M&A.
Participate in financial analysis and modeling of instruments and firms.
Prepare valuation reports and client presentations.
Conduct market research to support valuation conclusions.
Collaborate with teams to deliver strategic valuation insights.
Use Alteryx for data analysis and process automation in valuation projects.
Observe PwC valuation methodologies and learn from experienced professionals.
Help develop financial models to support valuation judgments.
Evaluate financial statements to assess company performance and risk.
Support compliance with accounting and regulatory requirements in valuation work.
