• Assist in development of acquisition strategies and financial modeling to optimize capital structure.
• Contribute to business valuations and discounted cash flow analyses to estimate economic value.
• Help with client management and onboarding processes to build relationships.
• Assist in negotiation of deal structures and contractual agreements.
