PwC is seeking a Deals – Deal Valuation Senior Associate to deliver valuation analysis for mergers and acquisitions and other financial transactions. You will assess worth and risks while leveraging Alteryx and automation to streamline processes, and you will mentor junior colleagues to build stronger client solutions.

You will work with clients to understand strategic objectives, perform financial modeling, and ensure adherence to professional standards, with travel up to 40% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in valuation or deals.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions and financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed valuation and analysis for mergers, acquisitions, and financial transactions.
• Assess worth and risks of deals to support informed decisions.
• Utilize Alteryx and other automation platforms to streamline valuation processes.
• Engage in balance sheet analysis and financial modeling to provide insights.
• Collaborate with clients to understand strategic objectives and deliver valuation solutions.
• Apply critical thinking to break down complex financial concepts and generate recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members and guide technical skill development.
• Uphold professional standards in line with firm guidelines and regulations.
