Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of business valuation experience, or coursework and/or internship experience in valuation and financial modeling.
• Demonstrated experience in financial analysis and financial modeling.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Motivated, results-oriented, and proactive, with a strong desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Preferred: 1–2 years of consulting experience in a finance-related function.
• Preferred: Active progress toward or completion of professional certifications (e.g., CFA, ASA, CPA).

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models to support valuation, strategic planning, and transaction planning engagements.
• Prepare written valuation reports encompassing industry research, macroeconomic analysis, company-specific financial analysis, and an explanation of valuation methods.
• Perform due diligence and manage client documentation for model development and deliverable production.
• Stay current on business and economic developments relevant to client industries and engagements.
• Serve as an active member of cross-functional client engagement teams, collaborating closely with other service groups across the firm.
• Maintain positive, productive, and professional relationships with client personnel and internal team members.
