Aprio is seeking a Senior Associate in Audit to deliver high-quality assurance services to private and closely-held companies across industries. You will perform audits, prepare financial statements, and provide clients with confidence to make sound business decisions.

Serve as a trusted advisor while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing audit team. This role offers growth within a nationally recognized firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in public accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with CaseWare or comparable audit software.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits accurately and in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
• Prepare audit work papers and adjusting trial balances; plan and schedule client engagements with time management.
• Assemble trial balances and compile financial statements into written reports for presentation.
• Communicate the accuracy of financial statements and financial information clearly to clients and team members.
• Build and sustain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Travel to client sites as needed to support engagement delivery.
