Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in accounting or advisory.
• Experience supervising or managing a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium–level client engagements independently with support from senior leadership.
• Review monthly financial work for complex clients.
• Perform budget and profitability analyses to support decision-making.
• Onboard new clients and establish strong relationships.
• Prepare and review consulting tasks delivering strategic value.
• Train, coach, and develop Supervisors to strengthen team performance.
• Manage workloads and timelines to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Assist with client billing processes and revenue growth.
