Aprio is seeking a Senior Associate in Real Estate to serve as the primary client contact, ensuring timely delivery of work papers, financials, and advisory services. The role operates within Aprio's Client Accounting & Advisory Services, collaborating with global teams to provide hands-on, white-glove service in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor junior staff, contribute to team development, and identify growth opportunities across Aprio’s advisory services while ensuring deliverables

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Accounting degree required; CPA preferred.
• Experience delivering month-end financials and advisory work to clients.
• Proficient knowledge of US GAAP and real estate accounting principles.
• Familiarity with property management systems (Yardi, MRI).

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with global team to foster a productive environment.
• Acts as primary contact for clients and manages day-to-day deliverables.
• Reviews draft work papers and provides notes to the team.
• Performs variance analysis and delivers actionable client commentary.
• Manages rent rolls, CAM reconciliations, and tenant ledgers.
