Job summary

Corporate Advisory Associates in Seattle seeks an analyst with 1 to 3 years in finance or accounting, or a motivated recent graduate, for a fully in-office role. You will work closely with senior staff on valuation engagements and gain exposure to a range of industries.

You will organize client financials, build and review valuation models, conduct market research, and assist in preparing reports and presentations, while developing skills for a long-term career in business valuation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1+ years of valuation, finance, or accounting experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and Word proficiency; CFA/CPA progress preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; high attention to detail.

The Role

We are seeking an analyst with 1 to 3 years of professional experience in finance or accounting, or a motivated recent graduate interested in pursuing a career in business valuation. This position is fully in-office at our downtown Seattle office, as we believe that in-person collaboration and hands-on guidance are essential for professional growth.

As an analyst, you will work closely with senior staff with extensive valuation experience. You will receive direct mentorship, gaining exposure to a wide variety of industries and valuation approaches while building the skills necessary for a long-term career in business valuation.

Primary Responsibilities

• Organize and analyze client financial statements and reports


• Develop and review valuation models

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
