Job summary

Stout is seeking a Valuation professional to help deliver independent valuation services across industries and geographies. You will lead analysis that supports private debt and equity portfolios, complex securities, and strategic expansion initiatives.

You will manage valuation teams, prepare client-ready reports, and build strong relationships while applying ASC 805, 350/360 and other standards. This role offers growth in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in business valuation.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or quantitative field.
Strong knowledge of financial models and valuation methodologies.
Progress toward or completion of CFA/ASA/CPA preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform corporate and asset valuations using DCF, earnings capitalization, comps, and M&A analyses.
Prepare written valuation reports for client presentation.
Develop client rapport and participate in due diligence meetings.
Lead valuation projects and supervise junior staff as needed.
Conduct company, industry and economic research to inform valuation opinions.
Deliver valuation services addressing financial, tax, and regulatory needs.
