Job summary

PerkinElmer is seeking a Validation - Manager / Senior Manager for Project Farma to lead multi-site CQV projects. The role requires guiding teams, ensuring quality delivery, and managing client relationships while traveling domestically to meet project needs.

The incumbent will oversee strategy, business development, and performance across primary markets, contributing to patient-focused outcomes and overall project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in CQV engineering, cGMP facilities, and project management is preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically to client sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead site strategy and develop a strategic roadmap to drive site growth.
• Oversee business development, proposals, and client relationships to secure contracts.
• Manage budgets, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple projects.
• Mentor and develop team leads; ensure high-quality delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Maintain key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
