Job summary

CNH Industrial in Wichita, KS is seeking an Engineering Co‑op/Intern to support component and machine validation across Skidsteer and CTL platforms. You will perform lab and field testing, analyze results, and partner with design engineers to improve product quality.

The role targets students pursuing Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering degrees, with a strong emphasis on hands-on learning and collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• Pursuing at minimum a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Agricultural Engineering.
• Engineering internships/co-ops and hands-on testing exposure are a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site and collaborate in a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Performs engineering test validations to determine performance, reliability and durability.
• Analyzes lab and field test results and conducts failure analyses.
• Coordinates field data collection related to equipment operations.
• Prepares reports and suggests design adjustments to improve product quality.
