You will act across Validation, Engineering, Programs, and Finance to ensure alignment of technical validation strategies with cost objectives, monitor progress, and report outcomes to governance forums. The role emphasizes data-driven insights and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering; or related degree.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Experience in vehicle, system, or component validation environments within Product Development & Technology
• Good understanding of validation strategies, test means, and associated cost drivers
• Experience working in transversal, matrix organizations with multiple technical and financial stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end consolidation of validation means spending for major vehicle programs.
• Establish a single, reliable view of validation spending across programs and regions.
• Analyze execution versus targets, identify deviations, root causes, and support corrective action plans.
• Act as a key interface between Validation, Engineering, Programs, and Finance, ensuring alignment of technical validation strategies with cost objectives.
• Monitor progress of agreed actions and track delivery of expected benefits.
• Prepare clear, structured reporting and dashboards for governance forums.
