Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead validated-environment construction projects across multiple sites, including GMP/GLP labs and cleanrooms. You will ensure IQ/OQ/PQ, data integrity, and regulatory alignment while coordinating cross-functional teams and managing budgets.

The role reports to the Project Executive and requires strong communication with sponsors, QA/Validation, and senior leadership, with travel to multiple sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (construction, civil, mechanical, electrical, CM, etc.).
• 5–10 years of PM experience on large capital projects in regulated or validated settings.
• Experience delivering multi-site projects in GMP/GLP/ISO 17025 contexts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close validated-environment projects across sites.
• Coordinate Owners, Architects, Engineers, QA/Validation, Contractors, Vendors.
• Define and maintain scope, schedule, and budget baselines; report deviations.
