Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a senior Project Manager to lead validated-environment construction projects across multiple sites, including GMP/GLP facilities. You will ensure IQ/OQ/PQ, data integrity, and regulatory readiness while coordinating Owners, Architects, Engineers, QA/Validation, and Contractors.

You will manage scope, schedule, and budgets, develop validation plans, and drive risk mitigation with a focus on quality and compliance. Willingness to travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, civil, mechanical, electrical engineering, construction management, business, or related field.
• 5–10 years of direct project management on large capital projects in regulated settings (GMP/GLP/ISO 17025).
• Experience delivering multi-site validated environments in labs, pharma, or healthcare sectors.
• Knowledge of contract language, project accounting, and portfolio management for validated environments.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close validated environment projects across multiple sites.
• Coordinate Owners, Architects, Engineers, QA/Validation, Contractors, and Vendors to meet objectives.
• Define scope, schedule, and budget baselines; monitor progress and report deviations.
• Develop validation strategies and documentation aligned with corporate policy.
• Identify and mitigate project risks impacting deliverables, budgets, or compliance.
• Track performance and report to Project Executive; manage changes and logs weekly.
• Ensure documentation controls meet QA and regulatory standards for inspections.
• Travel to multiple sites as needed and lead cross-functional teams.
