Job summary

Towne Park at the University of Kansas Hospital is seeking a Traffic Coordinator to efficiently direct vehicular traffic and deliver exceptional hospitality to patients and guests. You will issue valet tickets, assist with luggage when needed, and support the site management with parking operations.

The role offers an hourly base pay of $15–$17 with benefits for all full- and part-time employees. Shifts are 4–8 hours, weekdays and weekends, with no late-night or holiday obligations.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and write standard English.
• Customer service orientation and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Directs vehicular traffic while providing attentive, friendly service to patients/guests.
• Acknowledge and greet guests with professional, courteous conduct.
• Assist guests with directions and inquiries; provide local information when needed.
• Issue valet tickets and uphold parking policies and procedures.
