Reimagined Parking in Dallas is seeking a Valet Ticket Writer at the entry booth to greet guests, collect payments, and generate valet tickets. You may move vehicles to reduce congestion and ensure smooth traffic flow.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, basic cash handling, and strong customer service with excellent communication. Evening and weekend availability is included, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including automatic and manual transmissions (preferred).
• Basic cash-handling and math skills.
• Comfortable using tablets, computers, or ticketing systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Collect valet parking payments (cash and/or electronic payments) and accurately process transactions.
• Record customer and vehicle information to generate and distribute valet tickets.
• Answer guest questions regarding valet services, pricing, and retrieval process.
• Monitor traffic flow at the valet entrance and coordinate with valet team to minimize wait times.
• Move vehicles within the parking ramp as needed to relieve congestion or optimize space.
• Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and balance cash drawer.
• Communicate clearly with valet drivers and supervisors regarding vehicle locations and guest needs.
• Ensure booth area remains clean, organized, and presentable.
