The role requires strong customer service and cash-handling skills, with attention to detail and reliable teamwork. Position is full-time, with shifts that may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service and cash-handling ability.
• Experience with ticketing systems or tablets/computers.
• Strong communication and maths skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers professionally.
• Collect valet parking payments (cash and/or electronic) and process transactions.
• Record customer and vehicle information to generate valet tickets.
• Answer guest questions regarding services, pricing, and retrieval.
• Monitor traffic flow at the valet entrance and coordinate with the team.
• Move vehicles within the ramp to relieve congestion or optimize space.
• Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and balance cash drawer.
• Communicate clearly with drivers and supervisors about locations and needs.
• Keep booth area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Follow safety, security, and customer service standards at all times.
