Reimagined Parking is seeking a Valet Supervisor for UHealth in Miami, FL. The role oversees daily valet operations, supervises staff, and ensures safe, efficient service with a focus on guest satisfaction.

The position requires supervising shifts Mon–Fri, managing vehicle flow, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Vaccination proof is required for interview, with location details at 1400 NW 12th Ave, Miami.

Responsabilités

• Supervise valet attendants and leads during assigned shifts to ensure consistent service standards.
• Coordinate staffing, breaks, and work assignments to meet operational demand.
• Monitor vehicle flow, staging, and retrieval to minimize congestion and guest wait times.
• Serve as the on-site escalation point for guest concerns, service issues, incidents, or claims.
• Enforce safety, traffic control, and vehicle-handling procedures at all times.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, post orders, and state and local regulations.
• Respond to accidents, damage claims, or incidents and complete required documentation.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.
