Job summary

Colcord Hotel, a Curio Collection Hotel by Hilton, is seeking a Valet Supervisor to lead the front drive team in downtown Oklahoma City. This role supervises valet staff, parks and retrieves guest vehicles, manages keys, and ensures a warm, safe guest experience.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience, strong customer service skills, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work evenings/weekends. Outdoor duties require weather resilience and a polished operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of valet and/or customer service experience.
• Valet supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to pass annual MVR screening.
• No more than one moving violation in two years.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Valet team and ensure consistently exceptional service.
• Safely park vehicles in designated areas and secure keys in the valet booth.
• Retrieve vehicles and match claim tickets to ensure correct return.
• Inspect exterior of arriving vehicles and document any damage on the valet ticket.
• Greet guests at the front drive with warmth and hospitality.
• Assist guests with loading/unloading luggage and belongings.
• Provide directions and information about hotel services and local area.
• Communicate professionally with guests, coworkers, and leadership.
• Respond to questions and resolve concerns promptly.
• Support busy periods by moving quickly to assist guests and vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming valet area.
