LAZ Parking in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Hospitality Valet Supervisor to oversee valet operations at the Award-Winning Pittsburgh hotel. The role requires flexibility with weekends and a full-time schedule.

You will lead front-line staff, greet guests, manage tickets and cash, and ensure exceptional service. Required: high school diploma, valid license, and parking operations experience. The company offers paid training, uniforms, and paycard benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to produce and maintain an acceptable driving record and unrestricted driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Be primary contact for patrons during the shift and manage tickets, keys and cash.
• Greet customers by name and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Maintain positive customer relations with a can-do attitude.
• Assist patrons and coordinate vehicle parking and returns.
• Sign/Initials on shift cash-out sheets and report to manager.
• Work varied hours including weekends, evenings and nights.
