Job summary

DARCARS Fairfax is hiring an Automotive Valet to support customer satisfaction and vehicle flow at the dealership. You will assist with lane management, customer greetings, and directing vehicles to parking or retrieval areas, contributing to a smooth service visit.

Ideal candidates will have a valid driver’s license, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety and customer service. Detailing and manual vehicle operation experience are a plus, with 401k and employee discounts among

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and policy documents.
• Ability to bend, twist, and stand for long periods in various weather.
• Lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
• Detailing experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate manual vehicles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers with a smile and directs vehicle flow.
• Directs customers to parking and retrieval destinations.
• Assists with service write-up and tagging of vehicles.
• Moves client vehicles to and from service area.
• Provides shuttle service when requested.
• Maintains cleanliness of service area and premises.
• Reports safety or policy concerns to management.
• Assist in dealer exchanges and other duties as assigned.
