Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. is seeking a Service Agent to coordinate round-trip transportation for outpatient appointments and to manage parking transactions.

The role requires assisting visitors, patients and staff with vehicle issues and providing safe valet parking, while keeping precise transaction records. Required: a High School diploma or GED, plus driving experience (1 year automatic preferred; 1 year standard driving).

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.
• 1 year automatic driving experience.
• Standing, walking, visual acuity, manual dexterity and working in the outdoor elements.
• Works every weekend, holiday, and flexible rotating hours.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

• Bilingual.
• 1 year cashier experience.
• 1 year standard driving experience.

Licenses and Certifications Required:

• Valid Driver's License from a USA state.

Contacts:

• Regular contact with Medical Center personnel, patients, and visitors.

Working Conditions:

• Lifts a minimum of 60 lbs., pushes and pulls a minimum of 40 lbs. and stands a minimum of 4 hours a day.
