Job summary

FC Parking & Hospitality Services is hiring Hospital Valets in Newark, DE for a full-time, first-shift role. You will greet guests, assist with parking and vehicle retrieval, and provide directions to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

The position runs Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at $19.50 per hour including tips. Qualifications include at least 2 years of customer service, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and a background check.

Qualifications

• EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• DRIVING RECORD: 3 years of continuous Driver's License experience. License must be continuous: Suspended or expired licenses within 3 years aren't allowed. No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years. No major moving violations within the last 3 years. No alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years.
• PROFESSIONALISM: Positive Teamwork Mindset, great communication skills, and a clean-cut appearance.
• COMPLIANCE: Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and meet the company's motor vehicle eligibility requirements. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
• PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to walk, stand, and jog for an 8-hour shift. Tolerance for inclement weather. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs for short periods of time. Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it.
