Job summary

Parkwell is seeking a Valet Attendant to create a positive experience for guests parking at the location. You will greet customers, assist as needed, and ensure vehicles are parked safely while keys and revenue are handled securely.

You must have a valid driver’s license, pass background checks, and be at least 18 years old. Shifts vary and may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm, friendly greeting and assist as needed.
• Park guest cars safely and efficiently while maintaining security of keys and claim checks.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and communicate with team and management.
• Verify, collect, and record revenue accurately when applicable.
• Adapt to varying schedules, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends.

As a Valet Attendant you will maintain positive customer and client interactions while maintaining an agreeable, helpful attitude. The Valet Attendant reports directly to Parkwell’s Project Manager at the site you are placed.ScheduleThis can be a full or part-time position (+/- 32 hours or more each week). Schedule will be determined on a weekly basis and is subject to change based on business needs. Shifts are generally 7:00am-3:00pm and 3:00pm-11:00pm but can vary. Night and weekend availability are required.Position RequirementsValid Driver’s LicenseSuccessful completion of criminal and motor vehicle background checkAt least 18 years of ageCustomer and Client Service Duties and Responsibilities:Greet every customer you encounter with warm and friendly greeting.Offer to assist every/any customer who appears to need assistance.Keep all work areas clean, organized, and presentable.Effectively communicate with all team members and managers.Report immediately to management any issues related to customer or client experience.Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every customer and learn the names of key people (property managers, engineers, janitorial, security, etc).Report immediately to management any issues related to customer or client experience.Must be able to accurately verify, collect, and record revenue.Safety and Security Duties and Responsibilities:Safely park guest cars in an efficient manner.Abides by all Parkwell safety standards and training.Secure keys in locked podium/key box.Verifies ownership of vehicles – keys for claim check.Be able to perform and stay organized under stress.Maintain a high level of integrity in regard to guest’s vehicles and personal possessions.Reports all incidents immediately to supervisor or manager.Other Duties and Responsibilities:You will be asked from time to time to perform other duties not listed in this description.
