Job summary

Towne Park is hiring a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate the service experience for hotel guests and coordinate with the Account Manager on site. You will ensure service standards are met or exceeded while guiding fellow associates in daily operations.

The role emphasizes guest interaction, safety, and efficient problem solving, with opportunities across various shifts and locations. A high school diploma is required and prior guest services experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with guests and team.
• Previous guest services or valet experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledges and greets guests within 30 seconds of arrival to create favorable first and last impressions. Delivers Aggressive Hospitality and uses proper greetings.
• Opens doors for guests, checks in guests, and parks/retrieves vehicles with care and safety; handles guest issues calmly.
• Uses proper phone etiquette and supports bell services; assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and inquiries.
• Promotes teamwork, leads by example, assigns routine roles, and supports the Account Manager in scheduling and shift adjustments.
• Issues claim checks after receiving keys; secures keys; completes ticket information and tracks vehicle location and condition.
• Ensures staff do not perform lift services; checks wheelchair safety; protects guest confidentiality and data.
• Assists the Account Manager with schedule planning, revenue collection, and shift communications; reconciles cash as needed.
