Job summary

Greenway Automotive is seeking a friendly Valet/Porter for Greenway Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Orlando to greet customers, confirm appointments, and guide them to the Service Department. You will move and park vehicles, assist with loaners, and help keep areas clean.

A high school diploma, valid license, and good communication are expected; prior valet experience is a plus though not required. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the service area with a professional attitude.
• Verify appointments and capture relevant customer information.
• Assist with loaner vehicles and parking after check-in.
• Install protective coverings and tag vehicles brought in for service.
• Deliver keys to the Service Advisor and retrieve vehicles on pickup.
• Maintain a clean, safe service area and follow safety procedures.
